Returns on Unopened Products

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The vial seal must be completely intact and unbroken
  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition
  • The vial must not have been refrigerated or stored at temperatures outside the specified lyophilised storage range
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date

To initiate a return, email orders@apexresearchlabs.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfilment error on our part.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

No Returns on Opened Vials

Due to the nature of research chemical products, we are unable to accept returns on any vial that has been opened, partially used, or had its seal broken. This policy exists for the following reasons:

  • Opened vials cannot be verified for integrity after they leave our custody
  • Research chemicals that have been reconstituted or otherwise modified cannot be restocked or resold
  • The safety and integrity of our product supply requires that opened vials are treated as final sale

If you have concerns about a product before opening it, contact us first. We are happy to answer questions about a specific batch or product before you proceed with your research.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, or if you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at orders@apexresearchlabs.co within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • Include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item
  • Do not discard the packaging, damaged product, or any included materials until we have confirmed the replacement process

We will review your report within 1 business day and arrange a replacement shipment. In cases of shipping carrier damage, we may request that you retain the damaged product and packaging for the carrier's claims process. We will guide you through this if it applies.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened or partially used vials
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products that show signs of improper storage, handling, or tampering
  • Products purchased as part of a promotional offer where returns were excluded at the time of purchase
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email that the return has been received and whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at orders@apexresearchlabs.co.

All products sold by Apex Research Labs are research chemicals intended for laboratory and in vitro research use only. By purchasing, you confirmed that you understood the research-only nature of these products. Refund eligibility is assessed within the context of this agreement. We do not accept returns based on claims of therapeutic outcomes, suitability for human use, or dissatisfaction arising from uses outside the stated research purposes.
