In the United States, research peptides are generally legal to purchase for research purposes. They are not scheduled controlled substances. However, laws vary by state and country. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that purchasing and possessing these compounds complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited.

Research grade peptides are produced for laboratory and in vitro research use, not for human administration. Pharmaceutical grade compounds are manufactured under GMP conditions specifically for medical use. Our products meet research grade purity standards (98%+ on all products), independently verified by HPLC at an ISO-certified laboratory.

Lyophilisation (freeze-drying) removes moisture from the peptide compound while preserving its structural integrity. Lyophilised powder is more stable during shipping and storage than liquid solutions. It is the standard format for research peptide distribution. Most research protocols call for reconstitution with bacteriostatic water before use.

A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by a testing laboratory that confirms the purity, identity, and quality of a compound. Our CoAs are issued by an independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited third-party laboratory and include the purity percentage, testing method used, batch number, test date, and sequence verification status. All CoAs are published on our Lab Results page.

Every vial includes a QR code that links directly to the Certificate of Analysis for that specific batch. You can also visit the Lab Results page and search by batch number. If you have concerns about a specific batch, contact us and we will verify it manually.

We use High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for purity analysis on all products. For certain compounds, mass spectrometry (MS) is used for sequence verification. The testing method is specified on each product's CoA. All testing is performed by an independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory, not by us.

Our minimum purity threshold for release is 98%. Batches that test below this threshold are rejected and destroyed before reaching inventory. Current batch purities range from 98.5% to 99.2% across our product range. Each product page and CoA lists the exact purity figure for the current batch.

Yes. Our third-party lab reports include endotoxin testing with a limit of less than 1 EU/mg. Results are included on the Certificate of Analysis for each batch and are visible on the Lab Results page.

We ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse. Buyers are responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations in their state.

Orders placed before 2pm local time are typically dispatched the same business day. Domestic US delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days via standard tracked shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no identifying exterior labels. The billing descriptor on your credit card or bank statement reads "ARL Research Supplies." The interior packaging includes the vial(s) in a protective foam insert to prevent damage in transit.

Standard shipping is free on all US orders over $150. Orders under $150 incur a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout. The Research Bundle ($249) always includes free shipping.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and cryptocurrency. All card payments are processed via SSL-encrypted secure checkout. The billing descriptor reads "ARL Research Supplies."

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition with the seal intact. Opened vials cannot be returned due to the nature of research chemical products. See our full Refund Policy for complete details.

If your order arrived damaged in transit, contact us at orders@apexresearchlabs.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please do not discard the packaging or damaged product until we have confirmed the replacement process.

Email orders@apexresearchlabs.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.
